Le Creuset’s Signature Store in Walnut Creek, CA is proud to welcome local chef and Cake Lair owner Suzy Quenneville-Orpin. She will join us for an afternoon of Valentine-themed cooking demonstrations that will highlight Le Creuset products as well as Suzy’s specialty sugars. You will enjoy a wonderful Le Creuset experience and learn how to prepare easy and festive dishes.

The event will be held Sunday, February 7th from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

The menu will include:

Strawberry kiss spritzers

Orange vinaigrette on greens with candied pecans

Lemon shrimp with glazed carrots

Holiday Spice poached pears with sugar cookie leaves

Vanilla bliss custard

It's Valentines, so everyone needs two desserts!

Then on February 20th from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm Le Creuset will be celebrating Wok cooking with a special demonstration provided by our own Hazel Young. Special guests from American Express Travel will also be on hand to share wonderful ideas for travel getaways!

The menu will include:

Laotian pork & glass noodle salad

Wok-tossed jasmine rice with roasted pork, shrimp & peas

Buddha's delight - it's a vegetarian dish traditionally eaten on the first day of Chinese New Year
