Le Creuset Feature Recipe:
Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. pork tenderloin
1 can chicken broth
2 cups apple juice
1 large onion, sliced
2 large apples, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
In a large Round French Oven, melt butter, sauté onions and apples until tender. Add 2 tablespoons flour. Add chicken broth and apple juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1 hour (more or less) until tender. After meat is done, thicken sauce to desired consistency.
